We regret to inform our customers who reside in provinces other than British Columbia that we cannot ship our wines to them as it is illegal to do so under the federal Importation of Intoxicating Liquors Act. This law was passed in 1928 during the Prohibition but is now being used by the provinces to ensure that wine from other provinces can only be imported on payment of the taxes to that province.
