Our signature wine from our Fraser Valley vineyard. This German varietal, similar to a Riesling, has intense fruit flavours of crisp ripe apples, pears and peaches. Delightful, clean and crisp finish.
Some of the Bacchus vines are from the original planting back in 1983 and now are nearly 25 years old. Domaine de Chaberton planted and additional 8 acres of Bacchus in 2005 and 2006 and is reading another 5 acres for upcoming plantings this year.
