Grapes from the "Golden Mile" area of the South Okanagan, hand picked at the peak of perfection, are used in this full bodied red.
Aged for 14 months in small oak casks. Dark ruby in colour, the cassis and berry notes are highlighted by the soft, smooth tannins, hint of toasty oak and long, luscious legs.
Food Pairings: Red meats, spicy dishes and strong cheeses.
