Light and sweet, our Ortega table wine is made from grapes grown in our Fraser Valley vineyard. Perfectly balanced, the light citrus notes combine with rich apple and pear flavours and just a hint of gooseberry. For those who loved our "Optima" this is a wonderful replacement.
This table wine is not our Ortega Botrytis Affected dessert wine. Made from the same grape, it is very, very different!
Food Pairings: Delightful to sip with friends on a sunny afternoon. Pairs perfectly with very spicy dishes or serve alongside a plate of assorted cheeses
Awards
This is a new wine to Domaine de Chaberton. We will be entering into upcoming wine competitions. Watch for the results. Better yet, come out to the wine shop, taste it, and judge for yourself..
